Gear up, climb aboard and honk a horn! Touch-a-Truck is back at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center for another year of family fun.

Cabarrus County Active Living and Parks will host the seventh annual event on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring emergency vehicles, tractors, dozers, fire trucks and all your favorite mighty machines.

Visitors of all ages can explore vehicles and equipment that serve the community and meet the professionals who operate them. A low-sensory period (meaning no flashing lights or sirens) will run from 9 to 10:30 a.m., wrapping up with the annual helicopter landing between 10:45 and 11 a.m.

This year’s lineup includes Ninja Nation’s mobile obstacle course, offering families a new way to play and explore. The fun continues with bounce houses, face painting, a balloon artist and a kids zone featuring games, prizes, candy and more. Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.

Admission is free; parking is $8 (credit or debit card only).
