2025 Cabarrus County Memorial Day Schedule

CONCORD, N.C. - Cabarrus County Government offices will close Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day, and reopen Tuesday, May 27.
Library branches will operate on normal hours Friday, May 23, and Saturday, May 24. They will close Monday and reopen Tuesday.
County parks will remain open during regular hours throughout the holiday weekend. Active Living Centers and LunchPlus Clubs are closed Monday.
The Camp T.N. Spencer pool opens for the season Saturday, May 24. The pool operates weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and weekends from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pool reservations are $5 per day, and residents can walk-in or pre-register online.
Mini golf at Frank Liske Park begins daily operations Monday, May 26.
The Construction and Demolition Landfill on Irish Potato Road will open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24. The facility is closed Monday and will reopen on Tuesday, May 27.
The Household Hazardous Waste Facility off N.C. 49 will close Monday and reopen Tuesday, May 27.
Republic Services will operate on a normal schedule for residents in unincorporated areas.
