Passenger Behavior Rules

Passengers are required to follow certain rules while using the CCTS service:

  • Passengers are not allowed to smoke, eat or drink on CCTS vehicles.
  • Weapons are not allowed on CCTS vehicles.
  • No animals, other than service animals, are allowed on CCTS vehicles.
  • Inappropriate behavior or bad language is not acceptable. This includes conduct toward both vehicle operators and CCTS staff. These behaviors could result in the suspension of services.
  • Immediate suspension of services will occur for the following reasons:
    • Touching a driver inappropriately
    • Hitting a driver
