With the 2026 election around the corner, join us for Gov 101: Voting 2026, a behind-the-scenes look at how voting works in Cabarrus County and what you need to know before you head to the polls.

Please register each attendee separately using their own email address. This helps us communicate important event details directly with each person and ensures we have an accurate headcount.

During this interactive experience, you’ll:

• Learn how the election process works, from registration to Election Day
• Get the scoop on important election dates, your polling place and what to expect when you vote
• Learn about the GO School Bond referendum...what it is, how it works and what your vote means
• Tour the Cabarrus County Elections Office and see where the work behind our elections happens
• Chat with election experts and get answers to your voting questions
• Learn about opportunities to serve as a precinct official
