Our Health Fair series, presented by Cabarrus County Social Services, is BACK for 2026!
This is the first of four Health Fair events happening this year, and you’re invited.
Location: EMS HQ on Cabarrus Ave.
Join us for:
• FREE food
• FREE swag
• Community resources
• Health screenings (while supplies last)
The Charlotte Community Health Clinic will be onsite offering blood pressure and cholesterol screenings aboard the Healthy Blue bus.
Food is sponsored by Boulder Care.
Onsite vendors include Boulder Care, Medicaid Health Plans, Enrollment Broker, DSS, Monarch, Center for Prevention Services, the BCBS Healthy Blue bus, Charlotte Community Health Clinic and more.
