Schedule a Reservation


Prepare Info

Be prepared with all information before calling.

  • your name (or the name of the person you are scheduling for)
  • pick up address
  • phone number
  • date of appointment
  • destination name, address, and phone number
  • appointment time

Follow Trip Rules

  • All reservations must be scheduled no later than 1pm on the day before the appointment. Call in Monday reservations no later than 1pm on the Friday before the appointment. Reservations may be scheduled up to two months in advance. Same day reservations are accepted. CCTS can't guarantee a same day reservation or that it will arrive on time.
  • Additional reservations on the same day must be at least one hour apart.
  • Schedule medical appointments for Monday through Friday between 8am and 1pm. Schedule return trips no later than 4pm.
  • Pre-approved medical appointments outside Cabarrus County are only available for DSS Medicaid clients. Schedule these appointments for Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 8am and 1pm. Schedule return trips no later than 3pm.
  • Be ready for pick up as early as one and one half hours before your appointment time for in county trips. For out of county trips, riders must being ready two hours in advance.

Note Exceptions

In some cases, TJ's Taxi or American Alternative may be used for trips. If this is not an acceptable option for you, inform the CCTS representative.

Call the CCTS Demand Response Call Center Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at 704-920-2246.

A CCTS representative will let you know if your trip has been successfully scheduled.
