Housing Rehabilitation

This is a full housing rehabilitation program. The client must meet low-income HUD guidelines and be the homeowner. Proof of ownership and income verification are required. This program is available countywide except within the corporate limits of any municipality.

Typical repairs include:

  • Roof, floors, windows and door replacements
  • Vinyl siding
  • Re-plumbing
  • Rewiring
  • Heating and air conditioning repair and/or replacement
  • Safety or handicap accessible improvements
