Commissioners set public hearing for February 19
Feb. 15, 2018 -- The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners set a public hearing for an advertisement for the purchase of property by the County.
The hearing will take place in the Board of Commissioners' Meeting Room, located on the second floor of the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street SE, Concord.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY BY THE COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as persons may be heard) on Monday, February 19, 2018 in the Board of Commissioners’ Meeting Room located on the second floor of the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street SE, Concord, North Carolina 28025 to consider the purchase of property. The property consists of approximately 8.87 acres located off Trinity Church Road in Kannapolis; the location is identified by the address and PIN numbers referenced in the heading. The purchase is proposed for seller financing at 2% interest over a period of 3 years.
