CONSENT AGENDA--APPROVED

(ITEM F-5 (COUNTY MANAGER - KANNAPOLIS CITY SCHOOLS REQUEST FUNDS TO MATCH FEDERAL GRANT)  WAS REMOVED FROM THE AGENDA TO DISCUSS AT THE DECEMBER 4 WORK SESSION.
