Public Records Request

The Communications and Outreach office accepts public records requests online. The automated system contacts members of the Communications office staff as soon as an online form is completed and provides a confirmation e-mail to the submitter. This streamlines the request process for members of the media, citizens and staff.

All citizens have access to view existing public records. Requests to inspect or receive a copy of a public record should be directed to the County department who maintains that record. Copying fees may apply to offset the cost to the County.

If you wish to make your request in person, contact the County Manager's office at 704-920-2100, or visit the County Manager's office at the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street South, Concord, NC.
