EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) teaches participants:

  • How to eat healthy on a budget
  • Basic cooking and food safety skills
  • Quick and easy recipes
  • How to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine

The EFNEP is free to parents/caregivers participating in any of these programs:

  • Child Nutrition (free or reduced lunch)
  • Food Stamps
  • Medicaid
  • Head Start
  • TANF
  • WIC
