This data is used to develop the schedule of values or appraisal manual. The appraisal manual was adopted by the County Commissioners on November 8, 2019. Afterward, a review of each neighborhood occurs. The review evaluates properties within those neighborhood markets based on:

The revaluation became effective January 1, 2020. All appraisals are based on market conditions and sales prices leading up to January 1, 2020. Revaluation uses market and values established for January 1, 2020 to assess property. This will be the case until our next revaluation.
