Cabarrus County Public Library Strategic Plan(PDF, 842KB) (FY2020-FY2025)

The Cabarrus Library received a federally-funded LSTA (Library Services and Technology Act) grant. The grant was to develop a new, community-engaged strategic plan for its libraries. It was received in June of 2018. The planning process mimicked the Aspen Institute report, Rising to the Challenge.
