Curbside Pickup

Curbside service allows contact-free delivery of materials. You will receive a notification when your holds are ready for pick up. When you arrive at your branch, call the phone number listed on signage. A staff member will place your materials directly in the trunk of your vehicle. Remain in your vehicle the entire time. Staff members will not accept any returns.

All returned materials must go through the book drop. For guidelines before returning items into circulation, the Library will follow:

  • American Library Association
  • Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

These measures require items remain on your account for several days after returning. This delay will not result in additional fines.

Running out of things to read by your favorite authors? The library takeout service allow you to get personalized book selections from our staff. To receive 3-5 recommended titles, fill out the library takeout form. Once you receive your list:

  • if you like what we picked, you can place those titles on hold
  • we will prepare a takeout bag for you to pick up from your preferred branch

Fines and Late Fees

All items checked out before June 1, 2020 are due on July 1, 2020 (unless renewed). All new checkouts will have a four-week use period, regardless of material type. Wait times for holds and services may be longer than usual as we transition to new procedures.

Updated Cardholder Information

If you registered for a temporary digital card:

  • email a picture of your government-issued photo ID
  • include your home address
  • email
  • state your preferred branch location

Don't forget to update your account information on digital eResource platforms (ex. Hoopla, OverDrive). Update with your new library card number to keep current digital holds and checked out items.
