Trip Procedures

CCTS will make every attempt to get you to your scheduled appointment on time. Be aware, there may be delays due to:

  • inclement weather
  • road conditions
  • traffic backups
  • overscheduling of trips
  • other unexpected reasons

Pick up will be at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are not picked up in this time frame, call the Demand Response Call Center.

To make changes to your reservation, call the Demand Response Call Center. Give adequate notice of any changes so your trips are scheduled correctly.
