  • Accountability Improvement Measures (AIM)
  • Tobacco-Free Incentives

With Accountability Improvement Measures (AIM), employees have the opportunity to receive a:

  • $50 monthly discount for being tobacco free
  • $50 monthly discount for participating in annual biometrics screenings. Followed by meeting or improving AIM requirements.

Besides generating savings on your monthly premiums, AIM helps you:

  • assess and monitor your health
  • identify risks
  • provides guidance on how to achieve realistic health goals over the next two years
