Oct. 31, 2013 – On Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, Cabarrus County residents will have the opportunity to participate in municipal elections. Polling locations will open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Residents must vote in elections for the city in which they live and will not be eligible to vote outside their city limits.

Residents may participate in One Stop Voting at the Cabarrus County Board of Elections (369 Church St. N, Concord) through Nov. 2, 2013, open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Absentee ballots must be returned to the Board of Elections by 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4, 2013, or postmarked by Nov. 5, 2013 and received no later than Nov. 8, 2103.
