Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday observance schedule

Jan. 15, 2013 — Cabarrus County Government offices will close Monday, Jan. 21, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. This includes the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, Department of Human Services, Cabarrus County Construction and Demolition Landfill, Cabarrus County Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Center, all libraries and senior centers.

All Cabarrus County parks will follow their normal operating schedule, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners has moved its regular monthly meeting to Tuesday, Jan. 22. Commissioners will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street in Concord.
