Veterans can receive free flu shots Friday, November 16 at the Cabarrus County Governmental Center. Flu vaccines are available to veterans who currently use VA health care and to those veterans possessing a DD Form 214 and a valid photo ID. All former and current military members are encouraged to attend.
The vaccinations are provided by the W.G. “Bill” Hefner VA Medical Center and hosted by Cabarrus County Veterans Services. VA staff will be available to provide health care registration and assistance in completing enrollment applications. Veterans must have a copy of their DD Form 214 to receive the flu shot.
Flu shots will be provided to veterans Friday, November 16 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the 2nd floor multipurpose room, Room 230 in the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street Southeast in Concord.
