August 29, 2012 - Cabarrus County welcomes two new additions this week as Ann Wilson joins as the new Finance Director and Andy Yoos as the Safety and Risk Coordinator.
Ann Wilson, the new finance director, received her undergraduate degree in accounting from Wake Forest University and her Masters of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. She was previously employed as the finance director for Rowan County, the finance director for Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare and then served as the Director of Financial Services for the Area Mental Health Department of Mecklenburg County. She has spent the last 10 years as a consultant in the behavioral healthcare field, but has returned to the government sector. Wilson is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Andy Yoos joins us as the new Safety and Risk Coordinator with a diverse background. Yoos has a degree in computer technology from ECPI University and found his way over to the transportation industry. He worked for C.A.T. Trucking in Concord for the past 16 years as the Director of Safety and Personnel. He specializes in information technology, transportation and safety. Andy is very excited to join Cabarrus County and work with all the various facets of safety.
