Aug. 19, 2013 – We enjoyed a night out at the ball park to catch a game with the Kannapolis Intimidators at the CMC-Northeast Stadium. This is home to our own minor league baseball team the Kannapolis Intimidators, who are a Class A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox.

The Intimidators play 140 games in the regular season. The team plays 70 home games at CMC-NorthEast Stadium, welcoming 13 different major league affiliated teams to Kannapolis. The 2013 season concludes on September 2, but there’s a lot of action between now and when the boys of summer pack up their bats. The Intimidators will play at home much of this week, taking on the Savannah Sand Gnats and ending the week against the Rome Braves. First pitch for this week’s home games will be thrown at 7:05 p.m.

The CMC- Northeast Stadium is located at 2888 Moose Road in Kannapolis. General admission prices for games are $6 for adults, $5 for children age 4 through 12 and $5 for seniors age 55 and older.
