CCTS's mission is to provide transportation
services that enable all eligible individuals to access necessary medical care and other resources that can improve and enhance their quality of life. By providing transportation for essential services, we promote an independent lifestyle that allows individuals to remain in their homes as long as possible.
Providing connectivity between Mt. Pleasant, Midland and Harrisburg with Concord Mills and the CK Rider bus hub allowing individuals living in those areas to access work, medical and other appointments.
If you have special needs for transportation that we can not yet provide, please fill out and return a General Public Transportation Needs Survey so that these needs may be addressed in the future.
