Introduction to tennis for ages 5-8 teaches boys and girls the basics of tennis. Instructor uses fun, easy learning skills for participants of all skill levels. Pre-registration is required. | Nature Walk | Camp TN Spencer Park | Free Nature Walk at Camp TN Spencer Park (first Saturday of each month). Join us on Saturday, June 2, 2012 (weather permitting) for a guided nature walk through our trails. Come out and discover all the beauty mother nature provides! Walk begins @ 10 am. | Ducktona Dash | Frank Liske Park | The Ducktona Dash is a rubber duck race. This year, 4,000 "adopted" rubber ducks will race across the pond to claim the $750 first prize, the $500 second prize and the $250 third prize. Many other place finishers will also be awarded prizes. In addition to the race festivities, there will be food, a kids zone and craft vendors. You can support the Ducktona Dash and in turn support two deserving organizations, by adopting a rubber duck to participate in the race. You can adopt 1 duck for $5 or 5 ducks for $20. All proceeds benefit area seniors, Meals on Wheels and Community Free Clinic. Visit www.ducktonadash.com to adopt a duck. You don't have to be present for your duck to win. |
