The Mt. Pleasant library is Cabarrus County Public Library’s hidden treasure. Nestled in beautiful historic Mt. Pleasant, we opened our doors in 1996. Library staff pride themselves on providing personal touch to the informational needs and reading interests of both adults and children.

Monday, June 11th will be the start of the 2012 Teen Summer Reading Program.  This year's theme will be "Own the Night."  Summer readers will earn prizes for their reading and their will be events geared especially towards teens.  For more information, please call or visit the Mt Pleasant library.
