The current Concord Library facility opened in January, 1977 and as the headquarters for Cabarrus County Public Libraries provides a variety of services to adults and children. This library is 26,000 square feet and has twenty public internet and word processing workstations. Of special interest at this library are the Outreach program and the Lore History Room.
