Vendors

Cabarrus County encourages all businesses and individuals to do business with the County. The County maintains a large vendor database.

Vendors are required to complete a W-9 form in order to become a vendor of the County. Vendors are paid weekly.

Vendors are required to obtain payment through Electronic Funds Transfer.

Register for our Vendor Self Service Application to:

  • Create and update your profile
  • Search POs, checks and invoices
  • View messages and links
  • Access documents, such as vendor direct deposit forms

Register for a Self Service Vendor account - If you are an existing Cabarrus County vendor you will need your Cabarrus County Vendor ID and your Federal Tax ID to register. Call 704-920-2104 if you don't know your Cabarrus Vendor ID.
