Transportation Advisory

The Transportation Advisory Board serves to advance coordination between County and human service agencies, to monitor transportation services and to advise the Board of County Commissioners on matters related to human service transportation policy.

This 18-member board is comprised of agency representatives from the school system, human services, law enforcement, EMS, Head Start and Cabarrus Health Alliance, in addition to representatives from Midland, local clergy and various citizen advocate positions.

Appointments are for three-year terms.
