This board reviews, regulates development within and around the boundaries of the Town of Harrisburg and hears and decides on appeals of zoning within the Town's jurisdiction.
The County Commissioners appoint one person who resides in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the Town to serve for a term of three years.
