This board advises the Town Council, Town Administrator and the Fire Chief on matters of policy, administration and operations. The board tracks the progress of the Harrisburg Fire Department’s key objectives as outlined in the annual report, reviews the Department’s By-Laws on an annual basis, and recommends changes to the Town Council for final approval.
