This board:
- reviews the tax lists of the county for the current year to assure that all property is listed and appraised accurately
- hears any property owner's appeal concerning the value assigned to his property (or that of others)
- has the authority to make adjustments necessary to bring the valuation into line with the standards established by law.
Members serve three-year terms.
