Full Housing rehabilitation from structural to energy efficiency. Client must meet low income HUD guidelines and be the homeowner. Proof of ownership and income verification are required. This program is available county wide with the exception of in the corporate limits of the cities of Concord and Kannapolis.
Typical activities include: roof, floors, windows, and door replacements, vinyl siding, re-plumbing, rewiring, heating and air conditional repair and/or replacement, and safety or handicap accessible improvements.
