High Water Levels Prompt Park Closings in Cabarrus County

January 25, 2010 – Pharr Mill Road Park is closed today, due to high water levels caused by heavy rains over night. Pharr Mill Road Park is located on Pharr Mill Road just outside of Harrisburg.

North Cabarrus Park also is closed today due to high water levels throughout the park. North Cabarrus Park is located on Orphanage Road in Kannapolis.
