Two County Parks Remain Closed Tuesday Due to Icy Conditions

February 1, 2010 – Two Cabarrus County parks will remain closed Tuesday due to unsafe and icy conditions resulting from the winter storm. Camp TN Spencer Park and Pharr Mill Road Park will be closed Tuesday.

All other Cabarrus County facilities are open and operating on a normal schedule.
