Spread Around the Cheer – Buy Tickets Now for Holly Day Follies

November 20, 2009 – Enjoy a toe–tapping, side–splitting, merry–making time by kicking off the Christmas season with the Holly Day Follies, a variety show that showcases the talents of some of the area’s older adults. This show features singing, dancing and comedy routines by award–winning performers of statewide senior competitions. Some of the show’s entertainers also have performed on the national stage.

Channel 22’s David Baxter will emcee this festive evening of holiday entertainment that is perfect for the entire family. The 2009 Holly Day Follies will be held at 7 pm Saturday, December 5 at Mount Pleasant High School.

Tickets are on sale now. Advanced tickets are on sale at the Cabarrus County Senior Center located at 331 Corban Avenue in Concord and at the Mount Pleasant Senior Center located at 8615 Park Drive in Mount Pleasant. Advanced tickets cost $5 for adults and $3 for children.
