Cabarrus County Offices Observe New Year’s Day

December 31, 2009 – Cabarrus County offices, including the county landfill, the household hazardous waste facility, county–operated parks, and all library branches will be closed Friday, January 1 in observance of New Year’s Day.

All county–operated parks and the Cabarrus County Landfill will reopen on Saturday on their normal schedule. All Cabarrus County Library branches will reopen on Monday, January 4.
