Libraries Have Delayed Opening at 10 am Due to Weather

December 18, 2009 – Due to slick road conditions, all branches of the Cabarrus County Public Library will have a delayed opening today. Libraries will open at 10 am. This includes library branches in Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg and Mount Pleasant.

In addition, all Cabarrus County parks will remain closed today. This includes Frank Liske Park, North Cabarrus Park, Pharr Mill Road Park, and Camp T.N. Spencer Park.
