The Cabarrus County Board of Elections approved the following times to hold their regular meetings if there is business to conduct:

Persons who wish to be recognized and speak at a Board meeting must notify the Board Director or Chairman by the fifth day (counting Saturday and Sunday) preceding the next scheduled meeting. However, if there is just reason why the speaker cannot meet the five day deadline, the speaker may write the Board Chair for special approval by giving reason for the urgency and the subject matter for the meeting.
